Lemon Aspen and Pumpkin Bundt Cake As it's spring here in Oz, I wanted a fresh, zingy flavour away from Christmas spice, so I used lemon aspen in the cake mix, and also in the drizzle icing. Topped with crushed dried rainforest cherry fruit. (Please disregard previous entry as the image glitched)
