Pumpkin Bundt cake, pimped slightly to make it a Spiced Latte (like a certain coffee chain’s festive number!). Added tablespoon espresso powder to two tablespoons hot milk and tipped in with the pumpkin- which I’d roasted myself from my oddbox rescuing veg bound for waste!
