Autumn-meets-Cristmas kind of cake- suprisingly light textured, generously spiced and the orange flavoured icing gives that upcoming Christmas feeling. It was a delicious way to use a pumpkin that was sitting on my kitchen counter for weeks. I definetely will bake this cake again.
