I make Linzer cookies and sugar cookies every year - they’re my family’s favourite. I love punching out different shapes, they’re never perfect but I like them that way. I end up filling mine with raspberry and apple jams, so it’s like a fancy jammy dodger. I love the idea of using piping nozzles to punch out the middles and I’ll do that next round.
