I had fun making these. I also found a German version with cardamom and ginger so added some of these spices to half the recipe. This year I made personalized Christmas cards using a photo or picture that reminded me of a friend. I took a screen shot of it and made it into a Christmas card using a photo app. For my entry I made a Christmas card for Nigella and her team using my Linzer cookies in the centre.
