Of all the Austrian Weihnachtsbäckerei these are my favourites. The traditional Ribisel - red currant - jam filling adds just the right amount of tart to these sweet gems. Make sure to mix up a double batch if you want any chance of having some on Christmas day. Happy Holidays!
