Traditional Christmas cookies in our family since ages! Done with raspberry jam, quince jam and chocolate cream usually and everyone has his favorite color/ design/ taste. One year I did not have quince jam and used apricot jam - dark times…. Now always on jar of quince jam is saved “for the cookies!”. Merry Christmas everyone!
