This is my first Cookalong entry and I feel a new tradition of making Linzer Cookies on Christmas Eve has just started. I live in Holland and used what the Dutch call hazelnut flour which was nice and easy. My dough did get a little sticky which meant I had a false start but it is very forgiving and after a quick extra cool down in the fridge all was well. These cookies are so crumbly, nutty and Devine. The whole family loved them and it is now Christmas Day!! A Beagle in the kitchen made the whole process a little more challenging. UB40 should write a song about that! Another batch is planned for later …
