I baked this & it’s a firm favourite. Every ingredient has been perfectly measured so it tastes velvety & moist. Love the fact it’s vegan as I’m on the veganuary diet. So no guilt in eating this delicious creation. I like it plain as the taste of the chocolate & coffee melts in your mouth. Hope im lucky enough to get a signed book. Thank you Terry X
