Bleeding Heart I so enjoyed creating this cake. I doubled the recipe to approach to creations all went well with one exception , the ganache pour. I left it to the side , slept on it and realized in doubling the recipe I forgot to double the water, viola success. I hope you like what you see, we did and just as importantly we loved the way it tasted. Thank you for the challenge ge I hope to win and look forward to the next challenge I take on.
