This recipe popped up in my email just in time... Helping my 20 year old to feel better after surgery on his ankle, by whipping up his favourite flavoured cake. Just don't tell him it's vegan! The whole family enjoyed this for dessert, topped with strawberries from our garden (Summer here in Australia), and a little sprinkle on top of the delectable chocolate topping. This will be a family favourite for sure. Yum!
