No ice cream needed! Happy St. Patrick's Day The recipe was easy to bring together. I didn't know if it was going to be chocolatey enough but it was heaven. I needed to bake it longer than 45 minutes, more like 60. The icing was really the icing on the cake. We bought vanilla ice cream to go with it, but we agreed it did not need it.
