Guinness Chocolate Cake anyone? Well, they say the second time is a charm...My first edition of this cake got half eaten before I took pictures of it, by my husband. He raved about the rich and moist chocolate cake, topped with delightfully blissful and frothy Creamed Cheese Icing; This is a winning combination and is now entrenched in my personal list of favorites.
