During lockdown I worked my way through most of Nigella’s dessert recipes and although my jeans are a bit tighter, it was worth every calorie. Her Chocolate Guinness Cake doesn’t disappoint. Easy to make, impressive to serve and just the right amount of chocolaty sweetness. This is some bad ass cake.
