Photo take yesterday (17th March) to show my family in Ireland, as I live in England. This is my Guinness Cake, it is Nigella’s recipe. I have made this cake for St Patrick’s Day every year for the last approx 8 years, and it goes down a treat with family, friends and the local community. I would be very happy for you to recognise the love and care that is put into this delicious cake. I enjoyed watching friends and family feast on this yesterday evening after my Irish Stew (my Mother’s recipe) - it is so rewarding to see people enjoy good food, so thank you Nigella for the best Guinness Cake recipe.
