My first attempt at Hot Cross Buns - I’ve renamed them Hot Cross Funs as they were such fun to make giving off a gorgeous aroma as they baked. We only have a tiny garden but as the sun was out I thought I’d take an outdoor shot before putting on the kettle and taking out some cold butter from the fridge. Easter is off to a bun oops fun start …..
