I love all sorts of festive baking and making Hot Cross Buns is one of my favourite things to do. I added homegrown dried apples and apricots to the dried fruit and piped the crosses on. The spice mixture was perfect and made my kitchen smell divine! ( I’ve made these delicious buns three times already this month and am about to make my fourth batch to take to my daughter in Melbourne! )
