For a first time hot cross bun baker, it turned out absolutely perfect! That's even with 2 sets of little hands helping! Perfect amount of spices & fruit, the trick to indent the buns for the cross means no leakage & that glaze really made it extra special with the shine & extra sweetness! It made our Easter Sunday breakfast extra special especially with the addition of 2 guarding gold bunnies!
