Being an Indian the idea of hot cross buns are not common to us. But I got the idea to indulge in the recipe from the very famous nursery rhyme on hot cross buns which my son often sings. That led me to know more about hot cross buns and the recipe involved behind them. I believe the filling is very crucial as it brings surprise for the children also. I love it as my son love it too.
