A creamy interior and crisp exterior pavlova is the ultimate light and summery dessert. As a culinary student I amped up my pavlova with some exotic fruits like kiwi and dragonfruit that give the perfect texture combination to this dish. These fruits are mellow and refreshing which pairs well with the meringue. To top off this dish I've added a creamy lemony sauce which brings the citrus element. Ps: ( I have been participating eagerly in this competition from almost a year, hope you consider my application! - aspiring baker)
