With the citrus season in full swing down here in New Zealand, this is a lovely recipe to show it off. Used Blood orange for the orange as our tree is absolutely loaded. Delicious moist cake!

Show more commentsWow, the cake looks beautiful, and what a lucky person you are, to have a bloodorange tree in your own garden. Overhere in Western Europe - Belgium - one can only dream about that.
