It is a cool drizzly September Saturday morning here in Northern Illinois and Nigella's Kuchen recipe was the first to pop up in my insta feed. Perfect. I used one forlorn apple, two ripe peaches, and the last of some Michigan blueberries. The demarara sugar in the topping is a delightful change-up for streusel. Delicious.
