Really enjoyed making this cheesecake. I chose to decorate it with some soft, chewy apple slices in the centre and toasted maple caramelized pecan nuts around the edge delicately flavoured with cinnamon and finished with a generous drizzling of maple syrup. We cannot wait to try this beautiful cheesecake.
