I have made my version of the Gleaming Maple Cheesecake for friends coming to our Pizza party this evening. I have a bag of lovely, shelled walnuts so making the most of them in this recipe. Spring in Christchurch, NZ and although the pansies are out, the wind is too cold for us "weeds" to sit out tonight.
