I have made this before and it is so easy yet impressive! This time I made it a month in advance and kept it in the freezer. Honestly you couldn’t tell it wasn’t freshly baked. Nigella’s recipes are tried and true. Even though it is summer here in Australia, we needed a fire as it’s been a little chilly. Perfect! Because I love the idea of a winter Christmas. Next time I might try an Aussie theme for something different.
