Baked for a charity wreath-making evening for Macmillan Cancer Support, with the recipe followed almost to the letter! Only slight deviation was to use a 50:50 mix of 55% Peruvian dark milk chocolate and 75% dark chocolate for the buttercream, which worked well. Evokes many fond memories from my childhood as my mother would make several every Christmas for unexpected guests, Christmas parties, and me!
