It was snowing one Christmas morn, and I awoke at dawn, Excited for the day, I got up straight away, and went to see what delights were under the tree I spied a Yule log, nestled amongst some stray mushrooms And knew that my love had made a Nigella recipe for me! Merry Christmas and thankyou Nigella for the inspiration I personalised the recipe by giving it a cream cheese filling which I love as it it reminds of the awesome cakes from Singapore and Malaysia and it also balances out the sweetness.
