Can anyone believe that a member of my family is not fond of chocolate? I loved this recipe which gave me success in my very first yule log attempt ever! Since Christmas is about sharing & inclusiveness, I took the liberty of making a vanilla chantilly for the inside to please the non-chocoholics, & kept it simple outside with a snowing of icing sugar. My daughter added her woodland animals to the creation, definitely making it a fun, festive, inclusive & delicious affair!
