I’ve been watching Nigella and cooking her recipes since I was teenager. I love her energy and passion for food. Few years ago I discovered my passion for baking cakes and photography. I love the feeling of proud when I see end result of my work. At times I use my own recipes at times I use the ones found on the internet. For my Yule log I replaced the feeling with whipped cream and mascarpone with a bit of sugar. This year I made two logs as a presents for my family ????
