This is one of my favourite Nigella's recipe and I've made a lot since I bought a book At My Table. This time I might have done my own twist a bit too far..? Firstly, I used a loaf tin instead of a cake tin. Secondly, I had a bit of Christmas leftover frozen berries so I tried of them instead of some blueberries. Finally, I had a nearly BBE cream cheese (It's vegan cheese! So I think fits the brief of Veganuary at least. Phew!) I love Lemon Tendercake with Blueberry Compote so much. I'll keep making it.
