What a delicious cake. I really enjoy baking vegan bakes. I have never made a yoghurt topping before so that was great fun to try and utterly DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Nigella for another wonderful recipe that I will definitely make again!
