I love this cake! We have made it many times already. I've added berry's from my own garden. I make a lot of Indonesian recipes, so I like the fact that this recipe uses coconut milk and coconut yogurt! My niece is allergic to eggs. So this delicious vegan version of this tendercake is the perfect gift for her birthday this year. Thanks Nigella!
