Me and my sister decided to attempt our own twist on Nigella’s delightfully decadent custard cream hearts by adding premium grade matcha to the biscuit base and accompanying our custard filling with a moreish morello cherry jam, for a tantalisingly sour sweetness! The flavour profile and colours were inspired by our favourite cook book ‘Simply Nigella’. We found the process quick and easy to follow and thoroughly enjoyed every last bite!
