I swapped out the biscuit dough for Nigella’s fabulous Speculoos biscuit dough, sandwiched with the custard buttercream (which I also use to sandwich cake sometimes!) and dusted off with a little icing sugar. I also had some leftover dough which I threw some chocolate chips into! Delicious and can’t wait to treat my loved ones to them this Valentines!
