I made this for a family meal as I've just discovered that I have a gluten intolerance. Most of my tried and tested favourite recipes contain gluten and so, when browsing for new options, this looked like a great new recipe to try. I followed the recipe to the letter because I always try the original method when trying something for the first time. It was a huge success and the whole family loved it. It will definitely be a new addition to my dessert repertoire.
