I am submitting this entry on behalf of my 12 year old daughter, Eloise. She has made and decorated the cake herself. Eloise says she found making the cake ‘exciting and a bit challenging’. Eloise has adored watching Nigella from being about 3 years old and now loves cooking her recipes. The inspiration for the cake is ‘Spring and New Life’.
