My first time baking this chocolate treat for Easter. The recipe was simple to follow and turned out as expected with a nice crater for the chocolate cream. I took the 'nest' theme one step further with 100g of Elizabeth Shaw Cappuccino Flutes. Cake is quite rich so a little goes a long way. I will definitely make it again but I may try mixing some milk chocolate with the dark so the young members of the family can have a taste. Our supermarket only had milky bar white mini-eggs available so they are in my nest.
