I loved making this Easter Nest cake - the recipe of which is in one of the few Nigella cookbooks I don't have! I didn't buy enough double cream in error so topped up with some Greek yoghurt for the topping which is delicious and hides the fact that the cake split in to 4 when I lifted it too zealously from it's tin! A lovely dessert for our Easter Sunday meal with some orange chocolate mini eggs nestled in with the conventional ones. Will definitely make this cake again - light as air and delicious!
