I mixed it up a little bit as my Husband doesn't like cream. I combined the cream with the lemon curd to made a sort of lemon mousse topping then I added the blueberry compote on top (from the lemon tender cake recipe) then topped with the toasted almonds. I think it was a great flavour combination and worked really well. Will be making this again.
