When life gives you lemons... I have always found Pavlova to be very fascinating and very photogenic. And my favourite thing to pair it with is freshly made lemon curd. Sharp, zingy and fresh. I've followed the recipe by my favourite Nigella, but I have made mini Pavlovas.
