No messing about, I stuck with the recipe because why would I not?! I am a reasonably regular pav maker (I credit pav as the bringer of my extra covid poundage) but I have to say that this pav is outstanding. It literally melted in the mouth and brought extremely positive comments around my table tonight. So, thanks Nigella.
