Mother's Day was perfect occasion for the Nigella's Almond and Orange cake. It was as enjoyable to make as it was to eat! As a little twist I added roasted wattleseed seed which paired wonderfully with the almond and orange favours. It certainly was a hit with all of the mum's in the family!
