The recipe was easy to follow. I had never used cornflour in a cake before so was looking forward to see how the cake came out. The cake came out lovely, and tastes delicious, this will now be my go to recipe for a Victoria sponge. I couldn’t get any raspberries in my local shop, so I opted for strawberries instead, and the strawberries were grown in my County, so even better.
