What's not to love about this recipe. A simple to prepare dessert that for once didn't have my kitchen in a mess. I have used a variety of different fruits in my tart, the more, the merrier I say. Yummy sweet blueberries, mango, kiwi fuit, strawberries and other berries. I had some homemade Lemon Curd from a previous recipe which was perfect for this dish. I have chopped my fruits into heart shapes for a sweet decorative personal touch.
