Even Less Than No-Fuss Fruit Tart I planned to make this for the office this week, and since the weather is scorching hot, I decided to use a glass dish to help keep it as cool as possible. I couldn't find lemon curd this time, so I substituted raspberry preserve instead. It turned out great—and a lovely shade of pink!
