This is my youngest son’s favorite dessert. He loves berries, and I make this for his birthday every August. I know this is meant to be no fuss, but I always make the lemon curd that Nigella describes in the preamble to the lemon pavlova recipe from “Simply Nigella”. It is much sharper than any store bought kind and helps the tart set beautifully.
