This was the first time making Kuchen and I was surprised as to how delicious it was. I only had a small punnet of blackberries so added blueberries, along with the apples, to make up the weight. I baked on a round pan which made it easy to slice into generous wedges with a little dollop of crème fraiche on the side. Yum!
