Nigella’s delicious Devil’s Food Cake was perfect as a celebration cake for my mum’s 84th birthday this month. I baked this in 8 inch cake pans and sliced into 4 layers to achieve the height. The ganache frosting was beautiful to frost with and I also included chantilly cream between the layers to balance the rich chocolate. It was divine!
