A great cake for grown-ups, beautifully moist, full of spice and one which truly warms your soul - just perfect for Autumn. I made this to take to the office and everyone loved it, most colleagues returning for second and even third helpings! Pumpkin cake is perhaps less familiar here in the UK, but the delight (and unexpected surprise) on people's faces was worth it. Thanks Nigella for a stand-out recipe!
