Shockingly easy! I'm always afraid of bread recipes, but this one was easy, not so messy, and gives amazing results. I had so much fun making this loaf of bread for my family! We immediate sliced it and toasted it with butter and jam. I can't wait to make it again. Fluffy white bread, it's like being a child again. And I'm happy to say that I followed all the metric methods, being the US rube that I am.
